Kueh Krafting is a hands-on culinary workshop where participants learn the art of making traditional Singaporean kueh. Guided by experienced facilitators, this session introduces the cultural heritage behind these beloved snacks while teaching the techniques to craft them from scratch.
Participants will explore the stories, ingredients, and methods that make each kueh unique, gaining an appreciation for Singapore’s multicultural food traditions. At the end of the workshop, everyone gets to enjoy and take home their handmade kueh creations.
